We complete a large range of residential contracts from one off houses, to extensions, bathrooms, kitchens, general refurbishment & repair, drives, patios, landscaping, painting & decorating. Our success in this area is down to the high standards we set ourselves, focusing on customer care with our close knit team of tradesman who understand and respect how special everyone’s home is to them.
Investment
In conjunction with Managing Agents we also look after several large private property portfolio’s. These include looking after day to day maintenance and emergency call outs, as well as programmed routine maintenance and updating, often completing surveys and budgets for the client.
Commercial
We have completed many large scale commercial projects for a wide variety of customers. Many of whom now rely on us to manage and fulfill all new and existing requirements that they have.
Period & Listed Buildings
As we’re based in the Weald of Kent, we have honed our skills in working with period and listed properties and have wealth of experience in this field.
Insurance Companies
We are often called upon to complete large insurance projects from re-constructing buildings that have burnt down or that have experienced flood damage.
Education & Charities
We have worked with the Maidstone Mencap Charitable trust on many occasions completing updating, maintenance, alterations and car-park works and understand the importance of working alongside organisations which have a job to do aswell.
